About
BLOW's energetic and raw hard rock is a staple for any headbanger. Setting aside the psychedelic rock influences explored in their previous bands (« Nothing » for guitarist Jérémy Grozel and bassist Tristan Goulesque, « Thee Wild Mystic Aliens » for drummer Lionel Amerio) the trio take on the proven riffs and power chords of biker hard rock with the speed of Californian punk rock. More comfortable with their leathers than with surfer t-shirts, in line with Motörhead, they send songs inflated with testosterone and boosted. Unlike many bands of their generation, they refuse to play the vocalists or give way to quiet passages: BLOW is loud and plays fast. After 4 years of concerts on local stages, a split CD shared with their punk friends from Drebean (Streets of Rage), and around twenty compositions, the group broke up, the three members leaving to explore new frontiers. In 2023, BLOW decides to bring out old titles from their archives and bring them together in a 15-track LP: Blood and Gore.
