B.Loxx embraced her journey as a singer-songwriter at the age of 11, to create heartfelt, emotionally-driven ballads that complement her introspective songwriting style. Creating an upbeat sound playing with multiple genres such as R&B, Pop and Soul to create meaningful songs that drive audiences to feel good. Alongside Kojo Funds, B.loxx takes her heartfelt narratives in a new direction, marrying up sweet vocal ability with an afroswing beat creating a 90s feel of rhythmic, soulful music. Through this release, B.loxx aims to draw audiences into a world of experiencing love and not shying away from it. With ‘Badman’, B.Loxx looks towards breaking down the walls men can build up and unmask the front they create in order to protect themselves from getting hurt in the game of love. The track also makes reference to “Megan Good” the actress known for her work in 90s sitcom ‘Cousin Skeeter’ and the inspiration drawn from her character’s role as a leading “girl next door” and the challenges of young love
