Eenian Dreams

Eenian Dreams is a new indie project making dreamy electronic music. It was founded in 2021 by the two members Pauliina (vocals) and T. C. Newman (synths and producing). They both write the lyrics. Pauliina and T. C. live in the same small countryside town in South-Western Finland and had known each other for years before their musical paths crossed by a lucky chance. So far Eenian Dreams has released five singles: dreamy chillout track “Summerland” along with the extended remix of the song, powerpop and cinematic flavours combining “I Dreamed Of You” and gloomy melodic electropop piece “Someone Like You”. Their fifth single, “Dream Producer” which was released May 1st 2022, knits together pop-rockish sounds with ethereal elements. In addition, Eenian Dreams has recorded a version of traditional Ukrainian song "Krinitsa" as Finnish translation “Hiljainen tienoo” to support the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. Right now, Eenian Dreams is working on new music and planning to start performing live at some point. The project’s music is free from any specific genre. Rather than limiting themselves to follow the same path, Pauliina’s and T. C.’s songs are always written following the idea of what kind of music it would be fun to create today. That makes Eenian Dreams’ approach interesting, both for the listeners and the artists themselves. It follows the very idea of Eenia, a fictitious dreamy reality where your spirit can wander freely exploring new landscapes and emotions. Instead of individual bands which have influenced the music of Eenian Dreams, the project draws widely from the worlds of electronic music, indie, synthpop, darkwave and cinematic music. All Eenian Dreams’ songs are written, recorded, and produced throughout in a home studio and released independently. The music is available on all major streaming services and Bandcamp.
