At the heart of Fireheart is Lee Jason, the band’s lead guitarist and a former member of Ryders Creed. Renowned for his dynamic solos and unparalleled technical skill, Lee adds a sharp, electrifying edge to Fireheart’s music. Alongside Lee is rhythm guitarist Kev Baker, known for his high-energy performances and signature stage presence during his time with The Hot One Two. Kev’s reputation for combining fiery riffs with a raw, emotional connection to his music makes him a driving force behind Fireheart’s sound. The rhythm section is held down by Bret Barnes, whose thunderous basslines have fuelled the powerhouse sound of Kira Mac. Bret’s groove-driven approach perfectly complements the dynamic drumming of Chris Hopton, the drummer of Gypsy Pistoleros, who delivers explosive beats and relentless energy with every performance. Leading the charge is vocalist Russ Grimmett, of Sons of Liberty. With a commanding presence and a voice that effortlessly combines grit and soul, Russ brings the emotional weight and power that defines Fireheart’s music. Fireheart is more than just a band; it’s a story of resilience and renewal. Comprised of members from Ryders Creed, The Hot One Two, Kira Mac, Sons of Liberty, and Gypsy Pistoleros, the group embodies the spirit of a modern-day supergroup.
