About
‘Plastic Memories’, the debut single from Liverpool-based quartet Hinged, pulls inspiration from those hazy moments where you can’t quite separate fact from fiction. The dreamy guitars and reverb-soaked atmosphere lull you into a false sense of serenity, before the rug is pulled from under you and the chorus scorches you with distorted guitars and impassioned harmonised vocals, evoking equal parts indie-pop and melodic emo.
