About
With influences drawing from Downtempo, Trip-hop classics, Electronic Folk as well as a love of orchestral strings, imber’s music infuses cinematic elements with rich vocals and driving beats. Our sound is reminiscent of 90's Trip Hop and Electronica acts, with influences like Massive Attack and Lamb. Sonically our music is cinematic and dramatic with poetic female vocals and driving beats. From Perth, Western Australia, imber is the creative outlet for Kate and Michael.
