About
Misery Prize is an electro-punk trio delivering top quality "Northern Chuntercore" to anybody that will listen. The band have played live across Yorkshire for a year, blowing audiences away with a set-up and delivery that defies logic. With utterly filthy bass and rasping vocals from one side, darkly humourous lyrics delivered through spoken word by a deranged white-bearded street preacher on the other, and mega-bell-driven percussion to die for by a semi naked drummer in the middle, Misery Prize is a band that needs to be seen to be believed. Misery Prize is: Ryan Bracha - writer, lead vocals Andy Ramsbottom - composer, producer, backing and chorus vocals Jesse Davies - Drums
