In the heart of Sweden called Örebro, Sire was born. A post-rock quartet who would not describe themselves as post-rock but rather experimental music without vocals. To distance themselves from the ambience of the giants of the genre, Sire are paving their own way by mixing atmosphere with rock's grandiose drums and straight forward spirit. Four records in, they have both created a unique sound and taken steps to avoid running on the same old beaten track.
