Sneaker Wave is an indie rock band hailing originally from a basement in Portland, Oregon - a project blending a modern surf and psych sound with references to 80’s jangle pop and contemporary dream pop. The band’s name, itself a reference to a natural phenomenon common on the rainy coast of the Pacific Northwest, pays homage to the influence of the city and region which the band calls home.
