About
Heavy yet cinematic. Chaotic yet deliberate. Tarmak is a post-rock/post-metal/stoner trio from Ghent (Belgium), forging immersive sonic journeys since 2020. Their debut 'Plow' drew comparisons to Russian Circles and Pelican—crushing riffs, evolving textures, and psychedelic flourishes. In 2025, the band returns with 'Delete to Proceed', a conceptual full-length that builds a single narrative over six interconnected tracks. First single 'Careless CRISPR' lands June 27. Blending sound with vision, Tarmak pairs every track with cinematic visuals—projected live for a full-sensory experience.
