About
Timeless Ideals is a 2 piece hard hitting rock band from Chicago IL. They gather their sound from a culmination of the early 2000’s rock and bands like Royal Blood, Foo Fighters, Incubus, Chevelle, Muse and other bands in those genres. They get their unique sound from Ian Rottner the guitarist and vocalist who bring tasteful hard driving licks with meaningful lyrics and Sam Gutsmiedl who writes and plays hard driving and large articulate beats. They work together to compliment each other on stage with a large stage presence. They have been gigging together for 8 years and have played venues such as Cubby Bear, Bottom Lounge, The Burlington, Live Wire, Milwaukee Summer Fest and other large venues throughout IL, WI, and IA. They have also been featured in Q101 and other commercial/independent radio stations. They write music that discusses real life events and emotions that the everyday person feels as well. This is a band you absolutely don't want to miss when they come to your hometown.
