About
Tom Anthony makes indie rock with a cinematic edge, crafting immersive soundscapes from his studio in Cardiff. In and out of bands throughout his teens, Tom lost touch with music when real-world responsibilities took over. After a 15-year hiatus, the first COVID lockdown reignited his passion, and he picked up his battered guitar to start again. New songs soon followed, culminating in a powerful body of work that blends indie, shoegaze, glam rock, and post-punk influences. Following 2024’s album “Little Morsels”, Tom’s back with "Gemstone Sky"—an anthemic indie-rock track steeped in introspection and triumph. Drawing from influences like The Stone Roses and The Smiths, the song is a euphoric exploration of resilience and self-discovery. Tom’s music tells stories of real life, offering hope and perspective in uncertain times.
