About
NASTEA is a German-Ukrainian band fronted by powerhouse vocalist Anastasiia Nerutsa, who fled to Frankfurt from the war in Ukraine in 2022. Together with guitarist and producer Nashville Calling, she is currently crafting the band’s debut album. Their repertoire already boasts 13 original songs, each one a window into Ana’s life — from the pain of heartbreak and the search for self, to the surreal shock of discovering her own photographs at a so-called bride market. “I am not a doll on the marketplace,” Ana asserts in their latest release «Pretty Face». This personal intensity carries over into the band’s signature sound. Defining their style as ‘killer pop rock,’ NASTEA delivers a kaleidoscope of music — from infectious pop to edgy pop-rock, infused with neo-soul grooves and the unique international flair of each member. True to the name, their music hits hard and leaves a lasting impression: tracks like Killed for Love and I Want U to Die are unforgettable.
